It's nearly over :toot:

Hopefully this final episode won't be another mess. Adding more companions to the mix when he can't handle the existing ones doesn't fill me with confidence.

Wouldn't be surprised if he actually kills The Doctor and we're left with an alternate universe version or something.

Finally just watched the trailer. No matter what happens it will be nice to see Tegan and Ace again. But I just cant see how all this stuff is going to come together with any of it feeling meaningful. For a start Tegan and Ace have never met onscreen and between them meeting each other and the current Doc and companions thats basically the core of an episode there. Then you've got Vinder turning up and now I see Ashad* is back from the dead. I suppose at least its 90 mins. So maybe there is time. At best my hope is that it turns out... ok.

*to me it looks like there are 2 Cybermen groups. One the time lord ones with the master and another with Ashad. Then some Daleks I guess because they can just use the props.

I still need to finish The Flux and the last Christmas special (there may well be others I've missed?)

My DW interest level is so low at the moment

The last day of the Chibnall era!!!!

The Power of the Doctor

In this feature-length special to mark her last adventure, Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteenth Doctor must fight for her very existence against her deadliest enemies: the Daleks, the Cybermen and her arch-nemesis, the Master.Who is attacking a speeding bullet train on the edges of a distant galaxy? Why are seismologists going missing from 21st-century Earth? Who is defacing some of history’s most iconic paintings? Why is a Dalek trying to make contact with the Doctor? And just what hold does the mesmeric Rasputin have over Tsar Nicholas II in 1916 Russia? The Doctor faces multiple threats - and a battle to the death.

Well it sounds like he's learned from his previous disasters of trying to do 29 plots at once

I have high hopes for Todays episode but I still prefer the following mini episode to the whole of Jodi's run so far

probably not, whether she lives or dies, as long as shes gone so we can make space for an interesting companion instead.
