It's a great season! Strong Quatermass vibes throughout, which I love!

Yep. If it were up to me then the BBC 50s Quatermass would be mandatory viewing for all citizens of my new world order.

Went into Sainsbury's a brought a load of Classic Who DVD's for £5 each, they include
Terror of the Zygons
The Ice Warriors
Ambassadors of Death
The Sensesorites
The Aztecs
The Reign of Terror

I'm starting to amass a decent amount of Classic Who stories now.

What is The Key to Time like? Notice it's a huge boxset and I thought that's a easy way to increase my collection.

Just ordered Time of the Rani and Paradise Towers from eBay for £4.50 each brand new, I'd love to get these blu ray sets but there a bit too expensive for me.

I had the Key to Time and New Beginings sets delivered a few days ago, will be going through these.

I watched the first 3 adventures of the Key to Time yesterday and it was really enjoyable, especially the Pirate Planet.

Been looking online and saw a Tom Baker adventure called Shada, it's on blu ray and it's one of those half animated adventures.
It looks good, but I'm not that keen on the animation art style, I watched the Ice Warriors dvd a while ago and I hated the animation in that one.

There are better stories then Shada to invest in. If you enjoyed the Pirate Planet and have yet to see City of Death get that right now.

shada is an incredible story but ive never seen the animated version. see it was a story that was only ever half filmed due to strikes and the animated version was an attempt to complete it

Just ordered Shada on Blu-ray and City of Death.

I watched the Androids of Tara and the Power of Kroll, both fun adventures. Androids had a lot of great moments, looking forward to watching the final adventure of the Key to Time.

Romana is a awesome companion.
