Does anyone here park as close as possible to your destination in a car park?

Fed up talking videogames? Why?

I must admit that, as a single bloke, I avoid looking into the school as I walk past in case there are weirdo accusers around :dread: .

I was glad recently when I didn't get invited to kids party (it is my cousin's wee kid).

Would have made me feel like a total paedo.

Why do you think you weren’t invited?

I park wherever is easiest, never understood the mentality of people who park right by the door just cos. The Texco near my parents is a particular nightmare for this. They have bollardsa nd double yellow lines outside the front door but still people park there and the park in the taxi pick up area, even when they put out cones people just park up next to them. All so they dnt have to push the trolley ten yards when they come out. :fp:

Blue Badge makes it relatively easier to do this, unless of course some arrogant tosser without a badge has parked in there (Dual :x)

Of course when not using the badge I just park wherever, not fussed how far/close I am from destination... Not worth the hassle and faff...

I have a medium sized van, so it's easier to park where there are two spaces to manoeuvre into. I have a reversing camera too, so it's dead easy to reverse in if I have to.

I saw someone nearly get run over today thanks to this.

At the local sainsburys i parked near the back as I always do. On the way out, a car pulled quickly in front of me from the right and drove the same direction as me, then right by the entrance did this comedy hard left in to a disabled space, except there was an older guy walking through the space with shopping. This car slammed it's brakes on right by him and then blasted it's horn.

There were multiple other spaces there but no lets kill someone.
