I've never made Bolognese and I have no idea if celery was in the ones I have eaten. What does celery even taste like? I actually have no clue.

Raw, pretty unpleasant, bitter and has like minging strands in it. When cooked? Almost nothing.

I also use my slow cooker and sometimes add some star anise! nom nom nom.
