Ordered from Curry's earlier today. Wasn't too sure as I'm getting Hyrule Warriors later this week but it is Donkey Kong and DKC is one of my favorite games of all time.

Wish my image sig would work

I've done everything except the K worlds now. Been saving them to last. They seem...harder :dread:

The world 5 boss is perfection. :datass: :datass: :datass: Even has a reason for the boss to change colour through the fight. Utter utter genius.

And the theme. Oh my fucksie.

Hands down the best Wii U game. :toot:

Absolutely love this tune from World 5. It's strawberry floating good.

I enjoyed all the bosses but World 5 is probably the best

Bopopolis

I’ve done all the K levels now except this one.

I must have died about 30 times already. I think I can get fairly close to the end-to the onslaught of flying penguins but I’ll be damned if I can get past that. I always fall short of the walrus on the tower. Story of my life...

And done. :D Forgot how tricky those extra levels are. Dunno if I found them harder this time or if they were handing my arse back to me before as well. Maybe I should have stopped to eat for a bit. :shifty: Miles better then the extra in Return. As is the final boss. My only complaint with that is perhaps they could have ditched one of the repeated phases (the throwing part) once you reach the last part. I was really struggling to hit the final blow once he speeds up and having to sit through them again and again just to be able and try and land a hit was a bit tedious.

Anyway. Amazing game and for me sits at the top of 2D platformers. Even when it kicks my balls I was still enjoying it. Unlike some other hard games. :shifty: :D Just so good.

Just done the first two worlds. This game is absolutely delightful and the music is just :toot:
Bit of a difficulty spike on the second boss I thought but looking forward to playing more. Bit gutted now I only have a few days to play on it

All these people getting to experience this for the first time. Awesome.

I can only hope they rerelease TW101 on Switch. That's another game worthy of a bigger audience.

Bought this!

I love a good platformer, but think I've been spoilt a bit by Odyssey and Celeste on switch, which are both GOAT material and have some of the best, tightest game-feels of all time.

But I've only done World-1 so am optimistic given everyone's hype.
