Few people seem to think a feb reveal for PS5, be silly to wait until June to full showcase it.

PS4 reveal event was Feb 2013 so seems reasonable to assume they'll go with a similar schedule this time.

Game wise I've decided the only thing I REALLY want to see at launch is a new (proper) Ridge Racer. It's been far too long since Ridge Racer 7 and nothing really screams "New PlayStation" to me quite like Ridge.

That would be lush. Doesn't need a million tracks and/or vehicles, just stunning graphics, perfect online play/leaderboards and lush slidey arcade handling.

Driving games already look great so the next gen should be pretty amazing.
I think a visual overhaul will be secondary to better opponent AI, crash deformation, overall physics and more cars on track.

A next gen Project Gotham would be nice as London could be recreated really well as I thought it looked nice on the Dreamcast.

Now that it seems like both Sony and Microsoft have seen that backwards compatibility is a strong selling point and is quite cheap to implement I expect it to be pretty much standard from now.
Having hundreds of games already available for next gen is surely better than having to start from scratch.

... Which just made me think of a way to make it better: It starts out as the normal 'PS' logo and then the 'S' morphs into the '5'

How strawberry floating lazy is that?! All that designer has done is take the left side of the S and adjust a few of the anchor points to make it look like a 5!!! What did that take, 10 minutes MAXIMUM?!
