I think people are reading too much into that. Yeah, we're not going to get a Killzone *soon*, but there's every chance it could still be their next game after Horizon 2.

Well, we may have some fresh clues courtesy of a new tweet and job listing. The tweet comes from Simon Larouche, who previously directed Rainbow Six Siege for Ubisoft and is currently heading up an unannounced project for Guerrilla. Larouche tweeted “Sooo, it begins!” perhaps hinting his project is entering full production, and a link to a job listing looking for a Java developer to work on “matchmaking, tournaments, clans, and leaderboards.”

I hope it’s a new IP. Not to crap on Killzone too much it’s time has come and gone - not once but twice were they overhyped to insanity, but the latest one wasn’t TOO bad.
Maybe if they just do what they did for Horizon - just go on a big talent drive, hoover up staff who know what they’re doing, then who knows? It looks that way, with the Siege guy on board.

Hopefully the first party studios will be working on new IPs because that definitely worked out well for the PS4, although I expect we'll be getting all Horizon 2, Ghost of Tsushima 2, Days Gone 2 and Spider-Man 2 first. Naughty Dog are bound to have something new though.

Days Gone 2 absolutely should not exist. A, because the first game is one of the few things EVER nowadays which actually has a rounded-off, neat ending. And B, it’s...well it’s not exactly a classic.

I'm sure they'll do Weeks Gone at some point. There was a "hidden" cutscene after the end game that planted the seeds for a new story. Not a very interesting story mind but definite sequel stuff.

The two studio heads at Bend left the studio last year. Here's hoping that puts paid to Weeks Gone. Or, if it does still release, it's less dour than the first game.

I thought it was great, once they fixed the multiple technical issues.

Some rumours seem to be popping off over on Era
- Silent Hill is being made by Japan Studio and will be a PS5 exclusive
- Sony will be buying Bluepoint, Bluepoint are currently working on Metal Gear Solid remakes (yes, more than 1)
- A PS5 version of FF7 Remake is coming, seems to be a separate purchase and not a PS4 upgrade.

Sony showed some trailer or some such at CES. This was at the end of it. No mention of GoW or GT because they weren't included in the trailer.
I wish Stray was coming out sooner. I bet Kena or Returnal is going to be PS+.

I'm getting increasingly pissed off about the game price rises in the UK. I think a $10 dollar rise is reasonable, but we have experienced a £20 increase. $70 is around £52, I can't understand why there isn't more uproar about this. If I had any influence on social media, which I certainly do not, I would be harassing the PS twitter account.

The game collection and Amazon usually have stuff cheaper. Also just wait a month and 90% of stuff has dropped in price. Especially UBIsoft stuff. From £70 to £30 in a month.
I've started using eBay more for new games. Godfall was £36 on there and £50 most other places.

Sometimes when I turn the PS5 on, the HDR doesn't always kick in (it's immediately noticeable as it leaves a bit of a washed out look to the menus). The only solution appears to be turning the PS5 off. Anyone else experienced similar?
