Well the Dual Shock 4 is pretty much the perfect controller
That'll be the Xbox Elite Controller 2.

Yeah, I'd argue Sony have the worst controller, Nintendo's Pro Controller and the Xbox Controller are both better.

I haven't owned an Xbox for years
I do love my PS4 though, inferior controller and all

How’s it going to work with PSVR if the light bar is gone?

My guess is, that PSVR 2 will be designed to work with a new dedicated VR controller that has a thumbtack on it.
PSVR 1 owners who use it on PS5 will be able to use the Move and DualShock 4 controllers.

I’m thinking it will be baked into the system some how?

Yeah, I sat down and had a think about it and quickly came to the conclusion they’ll release new separate VR controllers.
They’d better work for PS4-era VR games. Can sell the Moves to off-set the cost of buying yet more peripherals.

gooseberry fool stick placement is a PlayStation “feature”
They should offer two versions or a customisable one so we can improve the controller ourselves.

I love the placement myself and wouldn’t feel it was a sony console without the stick placement.

I'm fine with where the sticks are; not being a cack handed baffoon means I can play games perfectly well with either layout

Having played Modern Warfare on the Xbox X and then the following week on PS4 Pro, there’s bugger all wrong with the design of either controller. Sony just uses flimsier, lower grade plastics.

I like the DualShock 4, it feels comfortable, it would be nice if they made an official Pro Controller like Microsoft though.

No load times?
I'm pressing the Square button.

I think "No load times!" is overstating things but I think the times will be slashed. I think the new max load time will be about 30 seconds as apposed to minutes now.
That'll be good enough for me.

PS5 may have proprietary expendable memory cards
*PS Vita memory card flashbacks*
(For those that aren't aware: they cost a ****ing bomb)

Have they not learned from previous consoles?
Worst thing about the Sony handhelds were the stupid overpriced memory cards.

It won't be save game memory cards, more likely branded and certified ssds.
