Cheeky rumour today that Game are doing a stock drop, as they’ve removed all of their PS5 listings or something. Maybe to replace with fresh bundles of shite, t-shirts and whatnot.

Sony are absolute dogshit at support. Harmonix are a fairly big company and are always having problems on Sony platforms when it comes to the PlayStation store and their working practices (like not being available at all for about 2 weeks over the chrimbo and new year period). These smaller teams have zero chance.

If the facts and figures thrown around are true and lots of these games are selling far more on Xbox (with a smaller audience) and Switch then some Indie devs might stop supporting the PS.

Is there an equivalent to ID@Xbox on PS?

Plus you can turn any Xbox Console into dev kit for €20.

@ the poor indie Devs. I'll stick to PlayStations immense AAA+ exclusive titles thanks. Gaming would be better without more 2D retro platformers anyway.

Currently there are hundreds and hundreds of these Aldi-looking games on the PlayStation store, every time there’s a sale you end up scrolling through so much guff. Not completely the point, but a few less would be doing the Sony consumer a favour.

Got some razer Nari ultimate phones for the PS5. Mate got two pairs from amazon. Bought them new for 50. Retail around 130

Indie games are, and have been for years now, where all the innovation in games comes from, with most AAA developers too scared of profit margins to attempt anything new (see; Sony's own rapidly tiring "cinematic" house style and EA's refusal to reboot Dead Space until another horror game did well). Indie devs are also the most vulnerable financially: someone can pour 5 years of their life into a game to see it sink like a stone due to the shitty marketing of platform holders.

So again, what the strawberry float is this response?
