My favourite thing about this thread is how gotten to Ad is.

Sounds like today or tomorrow Sony will announce they aren't going to E3. I assume they'll announce the next PS5 event at the same time.

Sony don’t need E3 anymore, they can have a PS5 reveal event then a State of Play around E3 time.

It’s amazing. He’s spent a decade slagging off and rubbishing everything in existence and has now lost his mind because his profession has been criticised.

Seems as though there may have been a bit of truth about the latest rumour of the PS5 reveal date.

PlayStation 5 specs will be almost on par with Xbox Series X, which will cost $100 more at launch.

No way are Microsoft going to be that much higher if the spec sheet is almost identical. If Sony's £450, the Xbox will be around there as well. £500 MAX.

Doesn't prove anything, Sony have been using Its Time To Play for a couple of months -

I'm genuinely excited about seeing the design. I think the XBox looks stunning, if unusual, and I hope Sony can match that.

If Sony had any sense they'd copy the design of the best looking machine of all time.

Sony has a very good track record of launching with premium looking consoles, and then the build quality goes downhill with each modification (aside from the PSone). The PS3 60GB console was bloated but man that thing felt bloody expensive. The OLED Vita too. That still looks high-end now.

Rumours suggested that PS5 might have 18GB RAM. :shifty:

Best start putting some money aside for this. I doubt I'll be getting it at launch but you never know how strongly the fever might take hold :dread:

+1.

Ehhh... another third-person hack and slash thingy. I'm not really seeing anything there that isn't very much like a shiny PS3 game, tbh.
