You can always download the one you want to play next. There isn’t any issues with playing PS4 games off the SDD so far I know.

Well, the person who ordered from Curry’s has had their order cancelled due to not having the stock to fulfil said order, the search continues for them!

That's true. This said, I have very fast fibre broadband so it's not really difficult for me to just swap things in and out as I want to play them.

Yeah exactly. Plus the PS5 have a much better WiFi reciever plus with writing to the SDD so it’s much more faster than the PS4 Pro.

I’m very impressed with it so far. I downloaded 6 games and they all are pretty finished within a hour.

Love this console, but I've now become a member of the crash club. Nothing serious, screen went black for a bit, then an error message came up and it went back to the home screen. I turned it off and rebuilt the databases as a precautionary measure. Sony definitely have some serious patching to do me thinks.

I wonder what's more buggy at this point, the PS5 firmware or some of the games.

When you rebuild the database, does that wipe the system of all the installed games and game saves?

No it's basically defragging the SSD/HDD. The only gooseberry fool thing about it was on PS4 all your nice tidy organised folders would be reset, which won't be a problem on PS5 because no folders LOL :x

Touch wood, no problems yet with my PS5 in terms of external HDD, games, rest mode or crashes :shifty:

As the man said and it does not take long either. Just hold down power button when the PS5 is off and a menu will come up, just make sure you select the right option, some of them will delete everything.

Pretty much finished Miles Morales now so will be looking to move that on if there’s someone here who didn’t get that with their console for some reason. Very much just more of the same, but with what felt like the longest boss fight ever this time around!

Touch wood I have had no issues with mine, I have not connected any external drives or used Rest Mode though. I see they patched Spider-Man Remastered as that seemed to cause a lot of crashes coming out of Rest Mode.

Tried out a few more PS4 games today, tried Batman Arkham Asylum and City, both run well and loading seems super quick (can’t remember how long they may have been before tho) I think I might end up replaying the trilogy again at some point.

Demon Souls has uninstalled itself after I played it once. It seems the issue is that if you press copy before the game installs automatically, you will get an error message. The game will then continue to install but will then uninstall when you take the disc out.

Devil May Cry 5 is just so good and the 2 second load times make it even sweeter.

I did that but did not get an error message. Will eject the game in a bit to see what happens re the install!

I have 150mb broadband which costs £35 per month (there's even a 1gb option but that's £60). The Plus games I've downloaded so far were ready to play in minutes!

That’s so odd. I think I am in the same position in terms of order time etc, but I have been given a mid dec date for delivery.

Imagine Microsoft trying to fill a game like this with a similar array of exclusive, iconic characters :slol:

Yeah it’s odd isn’t it, could have understood them cancelling on Thursday but I thought they were in the clear by this point!
