Happy it's delayed and released in a finished state. Most other developers seem to rush out stuff and fix it with patches.

Hope the switch is out soon after as it'll be many people's platform of choice.

I'd completely forgotten about Doom Eternal.

Actually glad it's been pushed back to March 2020.

It was probably my most anticipated before the end of the year but yeah, this is no great loss. Means I'll have more time to get Outer World's played!

Aww... it is understandable and I'd prefer to play a quality game rather than a broken game.

Early 2020 looks epic now.

Dang it, I'm frustrated that Doom 64 has been made a pre-order bonus for Eternal. I love the look of Eternal but I had shied away from the £80 price ticket (game plus expansion pass) and was gonna await a significant price drop. I'd still planned on picking up D64, though, but now it's bound in with Eternal.

History tells us Doom64 will get a separate release at some point

Shame it’s been delayed, kind of glad though as the week before I’ll have WRC 8 and Pokémon Shield turning up. Hope the Switch version doesn’t come out too much longer after the others, was genuinely looking forward to having a high budget game launching simultaneously on the Switch and the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Glad to see it's getting delayed after the bad press Bethesda got with Fallout and Wolfenstein Youngblood, it's best for them to release the best possible product.
But dam early 2020 looks stupidly packed, surely some of these titles will be delayed to later on in the year.

Switch release of Wolfenstein TNC was about 9 months after the other formats but Youngblood came out at the same time, hopefully the wait for Doom Eternal is more like the latter than the former!

Yup, looks like pretty much I want/expect from a AAA videogame. Very tempted to buy at launch, despite my 2020 promise to wait for PS4 pricedrops...

Really hope that the total amount of lore bollocks in this is barely more than what we saw in that video, I don't give a gooseberry fool about that in a Doom game!

I found the focus on story and exposition in that trailer really odd. Considering Doom shunned most of that stuff whenever it came up, I really hope they aren't trying to tell a deeper narrative with this one.

Switch logo isn't at the end of the trailer which has made many think it's been axed.
