I wonder if it could arrive on Switch 2? The original Switch had respectable ports of 2016 and Eternal.

Sounds to me like they’ve made a new Hexen but then decided the name won’t sell in 2024.

That's a good call, rinks - I'd forgotten about Hexen! I have it on N64 but haven't tried too much of it. I recall the game as being pretty well-regarded back in the day, though.

Did you play Doom 2016, Fisher?

Didn't like Eternal that much. But I will keep an eye on this. Loved 2016.

The console ports were meant to be bad, but I liked it plenty on PS1. PC version must have been fantastic.

Heretic and Hexen were a cool twist on the Doom template.

Hexen could be a pain for backtracking though

I really need to play Eternal now, this looked excellent, was a great one to properly open the show with (not counting that COD rubbish).
