I liked 2 Naruto games I played back on 360 can't remember what they were called though.

Was it the 2 Ubisoft games? I played the first one and it was reallly good

Yeah, they are the games I'm thinking of. They were really cool.

You can skip Ninja Storm Generations and Revelation though, they're gooseberry fool.

I've been rewatching Kai over the past two weeks so I can finally make a start of Super so I'm definitely in a bit of a Dragon Ball zone just now.

I'd forgotten just how rubbish Buu Saga is. Even the slimmed down Kai version is just drawn out and boring. Only got 9 episodes or so to go, but I'll be glad to get past it. Which is annoying as it starts off quite well with the Tournament and Babbidi before just disappearing up it's own arse once Buu is on his own.

They've also confirmed there's a section of the game based on the episode where Goku and Piccolo take driving lessons

My main gripe with Kai is that while it does cut out as much filler as it can, it also trims pure gold such as this episode.

I remember playing a translated ROM of the Japanese Super Famicom Dragonball z RPG and thinking it was absolutely amaze balls so this could be right up my street.

I really want to be excited for this, but the combat isn't instilling a great deal of confidence. It just looks the same as the past half dozen, and I got really tired of Xenoverse.

Holding out until it drops to under £20 but I’ve seen mixed things about it

I played this for around an hour this morning (around 12:30am) seems fun enough and I can't wait to get stuck back in. Which will be as soon as the kids are asleep.

So this is now down to £27.99 on Amazon, what was the overall opinion on this in the end?

I played it to completion. It's lovely. The world looks stunning and there are a so much to do. Very well animated lots of battles and so much levelling up. DLC is great for levelling up too.

It's just a great world to explore and the gameplay just keeps getting better as more characters are unlocked.

Wish my image sig would work

Does the season pass add anything to main game or is it just Battle of Gods/Resurrection of F story lines?

Pretty sure the DLC is half of BoG and half new story. Not done the DLC, but that's what I read.

Season pass (only played part 1) lets you travel to a new planet, battle a boss and take part in more training to get to.max level quicker. Not sure what the next hits of the season pass add.

I thought I see that the next part was adding Super Saiyan Blue?

Grabbed this for PS4, got it for £17.99 in the end thanks to a gift card, looking forward to giving this a go.
