Dreamcastic Channel is an absolute must if you're a Dreamcast fan. He mkaes videos about the system hardware and even has some tutorials up for running DreamPi netplay etc.
He streams 3-4 nights a week. Every Friday is Worms netplay, and every Saturday is Phantasy Star Online. Very chill streams.

I remember I had it on preorder along with my brother. He had gone for Sonic Adventure and I went for Sega Rally. I felt a bit hard done by with that as Sega Rally was a pathetic title all told.

I enjoyed Sonic Adventure at the time. I got it on Xbox One backward compatible and it kind of holds up actually. Although I do remember around 2003 I absolutely hated it, it was a very divisive title!

Other than that, I think there was an F1 World Grand Prix game that was reasonably decent, the GUI was quite nice at the time but really the system died before it really got going.

I remember the Web browser and keyboard was a nice touch, it meant I had access to pron in my bedroom for the first time. :datass:

It seems as though we missed the big 20th year anniversary celebration. I remember that day, popping over to GAME and picking up the dreamcast and sonic adventure along with a vmu.

It was my first launch console experience and although many people were waiting for the ps2, i had hope that this would sell well. It’s a shame that it died a few years later, but we got such a high quality concentration of releases in those years. From shenmue to powerstone, from sonic adventure to crazy taxi, f355 challenge, vf3, soul calibur, virtua tennis, daytona usa (loved this!). What a console and so happy that i got to experience such a great console. Its such a shame that this was segas last, and they struggled along for a decade, however games like yakuza have shown that their light has not completely extinguished.

As i am writing this i get fond memories of heading over to hmv and picking up msr with that preorder watch bonus. Jet set radio, this had it all (apart from a decent football title!)
