Kyle Bosman

Holy gooseberry fool I didn't realize there were gonna be so many conferences this year. So much potential for hilarity.

The hype keeps flowing no matter what. We are not ramping down. We are just getting started. Nothing stops this train; nothing.

In the Bonus Round on Nintendo, what's interesting is Game Informer editor Andy McNamara thinks it likely that the Zelda game was delayed for the Nintendo NX, so it has a top tier title at launch.

Well that is looking more and more likely now and makes business sense. What i hope nintendo do is give us wii u owners some decent games until next summer, when i expect them to pull the plug on the machine. A super mario sunshine hd remaster would make me happy as all it really needs is a better camera and we have another top game!

I doubt nintendo will bring anything new out for the wii u as its just too much of a risky strategy and wouldn't really be cost effective unless the nx sports a large screened controller, which i suspect it won't!

Looking forward to what sony have up their sleeves and reckon microsoft will get one big surprise out there next tuesday - probably banjo kazooie and maybe something else that will draw in the crowds.

It does seem the leader always tends to get a bit relaxed and doesn't feel the need to push games out there - i really hope sony surprise us with one major exclusive. Yakuza 5 on ps4 will do me. Maybe the last guardian too...

At this point I would not be shocked by this, Nintendo need to have a big launch ready for NX which is also why I think this years Ninty showing will be somewhat lackluster

I think we will get a couple of these anounced at at E3 to pad out the Wii U until 2016: 1080, Wave Race, F-Zero, Punch Out, Chibi-Robo with everything else being moved to NX. Zelda may still end up on Wii U like a Twilight Princess scenario (GC / Wii).

I'm dying to see what Retro Studios are working on, another Metroid? Starfox? A new IP?

Looking forward to E3!

If NX is out late 2016 then maybe, but I'm not sure. Maybe a cross-platform release. If NX isn't coming until 2017 I don't see Nintendo delaying a Zelda by two entire years.

If the new Zelda game won't come out on the Wii U then it will be the only Nintendo console ever without an original Zelda game.

Just think about that...

I 100% believe the new Zelda will arrive on Wii U but i do also believe the NX will receive a version of it as well (provided the NX launches within a year of Zelda being released)

In the meantime, i would be happy with a HD twilight Princess release for Wii U this year
