Since I seem to do this every year, might as well......

Konami 2/10 No comment.

Microsoft 8/10

A million times better than their last few E3s. Too many of the games shown didn't interest me, though. QTE fests, boring looking shooters etc.

I'll add a poll tomorrow after the Nintendo conference.

Brilliant conference. I'd give it an 8 or a 9.

Seconded.

Below was the game I wanted to play most. Looks fantastic.

I'd agree with your Konami score  I'd probably agree with your Microsoft one as well. There was a lot of games there, some didn't interest me as much as others but i liked the variety. From Insomniac's game to Dead Rising to Crimson Dragon. Biggest surprise for me was that Halo trailer because I was assuming it was a Prince of Persia game for most of the trailer  I wonder if they had to pull some games and stuff because they showed a lot yet stuff like Mirrors Edge, Crackdown and Lionhead's next game weren't shown during the conference.

I reckon Sony's conference will have slightly more chatter about the console and its services but I think they'll be a period where like with the Microsoft show it'll just be straight up games after games after games.

8/10 for MS from me. All games, very little Kinect, very little 360 and it moved at a brisk pace. Shame about the price of the actual system but as far as shows go it was a good one.

I would give the MS conference a 9 out of 10

There is not much more they could have put in there.

8/10 for MS.

Konami - 1/10

Nothing there that interested me. Castlevania thing was a bit too long. Oh and it wasn't really a conference.

Microsoft - 8/10

Thought it was quite good. Sure some of the gameplay looked dross, but games looked nice and Titanfall looks right up my street. No bullshit either. Also, excellent moment of comedy for the BF4 stuff.

7. A decent show, right idea to keep focus on games - price didn't make any difference as I wouldn't have gotten one anyway (Unless they annouced it was £200).

A [6] for MS from me - fairly one-note (seemed 90% of the games were about shooting or stabbing dudes) with a few duffers, technical hitches and a huge black mark for the Killer Instinct "it'll be over soon" horrorshow. Oh, and the price. But D4 and Below looked great, and TitanFall was a decent (if non-exclusive) closer.

Microsoft: 9/10

Fantastic conference - nonstop games, most of which I'm interested in. Reason to keep paying for live gold too with dedicated servers and 2 free games per month :) Also, 60fps Halo sounded cool.

Knocked a point off for the price!

A solid 8/10 for Microsoft's conference. They have been listening. Not just a steady stream of games, but core focussed games. A good mix too. Even something like Titanfall, which shouldn't appeal to me (I'm not a huge FPS fan), blew me away. The mech play seemed to make the difference for me. Gameplay wise, it looks to play how I'd want a next generation Lost Planet to play.

I'd be very surprised if Titanfall and Quantum Break didn't end up close to GOTS for me. Both looked stunning. Killer Instinct was a welcome return too. One of the better paced E3 conferences since the previous generation was unveiled. Only the price point let me down. I want to play a lot of these games, but that's an insane price. If the PS4 is about the same or more this will be the only generation where I haven't purchased at least one next generation console at launch.

MS - 8

Very solid conference. MGS5 looked amazing, Dead Rising seemed a lot of fun ZOMBIES, Halo is alright I guess, TitanFall looked good. In between those highlights there was a gooseberry fool tonne of other games that looked anywhere from Meh to pretty good. Very nice.
