"Really" money in this context I think means it is accessible and spendable. If you own shares that are worth some amount of money, you need to sell those shares in order to get their worth to spend (I would assume).

Yep, these shares aren't very liquid, especially Musk's large share holdings.
Musk getting rid of all his Tesla shares for example, would have a pretty big market impact....

Money is just tokenised labour or wealth, so yes with money itself being merely a promise it doesn't have a great deal of intrinsic value when those promises can change or be broken (default).

Look at that one tiny wiper blade that will clear less than 1/4 of the windscreen.
I hope it isn't still using the armoured glass, or it could be even more of a death trap than a normal tesla.
