Said to be similar to Isaac and Nuclear Throne.

Wait! Nuclear Throne?! Will buy when it's £8.89 and not a moment sooner.

I'm so glad I bought Hotline Miami on PC! I just couldn't get on with how it controlled on console, so if I'd bought it on that first I'd have totally missed out on its awesomeness. (I know lots of people find pad controls on HM to be perfectly fine but personally, I've tried it multiple times, over many different sessions, and it never felt as intuitive/smooth to play as on PC.)

I think this is more a traditional twin stick game than HM was, and so I'm going to stick with PS4 version as my primary version. Will definitely get it on PC too, though.

It's <£10 btw, people! Even on PSN. :o  :o

There's a code (APR20) on GMG which you can use to get the PC version for £7.92 before launch. Its £9.89 before launch on PS4 (it goes to £10.99 at launch).

Not many places have reviewed it, but you can keep track of them here: http://opencritic.com/game/1678/enter-the-gungeon

Died on the second level, but had a great time with it, I'd recommend playing the tutorial first, it's short and eases you in.

Topic title is now wrong by the way, that price was only available pre-release.

I wonder why this isn't getting more coverage? It's a fantastic, well polished indie game. If this had a melodramatic story and you wandered around doing nothing then the reviews would be pouring in.

Shameful gooseberry fool. But then EuroGamer only got around reviewing Hyper Light Drifter today...

   Too true.

Annoying that there's no Vita version at the moment. I've never found that this sort of game with these sorts of graphics 'feels' like its natural home is PS4.
