Been really enjoying The Vaccines new album Back In Love City. Haven't really listened to them much before but their latest is a lot of fun, a semi concept album about a fictional city where love and emotions are a commodity. The title track is probably my favourite, definitely the catchiest:

Same here dude. I didn't know what to expect from the album but really enjoyed it. This is definitely the standout track for me and I've had it stuck in my head since Friday.

"How could four become so strong. Yet break and leave too soon, too soon."

A very melancholic and wonderful track.

Yeah I'm defo gonna learn to play it badly on my guitar. :slol: Also you might know about this but if not-https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p09s4qds/radio-2-live-2021-manic-street-preachers?seriesId=p09s2hgr-1-around-the-uk-2021

I like the Chats, the Neptunes, and the Miley Cyrus ( :shifty: ) covers

Having 12 versions of the same song in a row is insane tracklisting though.

If that's the Nothing Else Matters cover with Elton John, it's absolutely brilliant

Yeah it is. On both counts.

As I use the free Spotify version I have to listen in their chosen random order but 12 consecutive covers of Nothing Else Matters is crazy.

However I do like the Sad But True cover by The Mexican Institute :shifty: I also like The Neptunes cover

Auri: Those We Don't Speak Of

by Tuomas Holopainen of Nightwish.

If you like Nightwish give this a try, they are very folky and melodic, very mellow.

New Ty Segall album due in October :toot:

Odd but great.

Edit: digital version is available now, it's the Vinyl, CD and rather bizarrely, Cassette that is released in October

The new Carcass album, Torn Arteries.

It thumps, and I think it might be one of the best album covers I've seen in a while:

Can't think of an image that could better sum up exactly what the record inside is, it's brilliant.
