I'm genuinely surprised how much I enjoyed the album considering I didn't get on with their earlier stuff. Again not that it was bad, it just didn't resonate with me. I'll have to go back and give them another try.

Vinyl. Lots of vinyl

Recently brought my stacking system out the loft and set it up in our new extension and have taken the opportunity to play some old vinyl from my teens (80s) as well as some recent purchases covering recent (Muse Simulation Theory and Linkin Park One More Light) to old (Metallica’s Master of Puppets And Ride The Lightning) LPs.

Great to hear the crackling between tracks.

Dug out some cassette tapes too and will play those soon. Reliving my teens and 20s through those formats at the moment
