Amon Amarth are strawberry floating great on With Oden on our Side. Really got into their Deceiver of the Gods album last year. I'd initially written it off after hearing the first two tracks, but it's strawberry floating great beyond that. Also love Versus the World and Twilight of the Thunder God.
I'm listening to Rush and Gary Moore. The latter is so strawberry floating cheesy, but his playing is awesome as strawberry float.

This one and Love is Short are both excellent
I had tickets to see them early last year. But then I was so busy on the day, I completely forgot to go. I remembered about a week later and was devastated.
