The Queen vibes are excellent.

I actually don't entirely hate this album now, at first I thought it was terrible but there's a few hidden gems amongst the utter crap.

I always got George Michael vibes from Madness ^

I haven't listened to it for years, but there was a time where I definitely considered The 2nd Law the worst album I'd ever bought.

Considering I don't really buy many albums anymore that might still be an accurate, albeit slightly mean assessment. :shifty:

I don't really see myself ever going back to listen to the whole thing again now. I guess Supremacy and the Chris songs are neat though.

This has been getting heavy rotation on 6music and it's chuffing excellent. Like peak New Order mixed with a 90s FPS shooter soundtrack. The album is also mighty fine.

After the disappointing previous album this seems like a return to form, the song featuring Elton John (The Pink Phantom) shouldn't work at all but it really does.
