Funnily enough I described this to someone as a Takeshi’s Castle simulator earlier on today, I’m glad others have seen the likeness!

Yeah I don’t think they actually got given prizes or anything, it was just for the glory of victory.

Trouble is the English version cut out a lot of stuff.

That “infallible” trophy (win 5 episodes in a row) seems to be the toughest trophy going.

It's a great game for sure, if a little frustrating at times when there's a lot of people in one small area. So far, Whirlygig is my favourite of the events, as it's always fun to see people fly around from getting hit (and also to see if you can find a way to use the sweepers to your advantage).

Thinking of subbing to PS+ for this. Is it actually a good game to play with friends though? Or is there a lot of waiting around for players that are eliminated earlier than others?

You can spectate the action if you are eliminated right up to the end, but for some reason, the game doesn't automatically swap you to anyone in your group to spectate, so you'll have to swap to them manually. It's good enough to watch the progress of others in your group, but it would be better in a voice chat with them.

I'm guessing spectating would be pretty amusing in this, but your right, it would be nice if it auto detected people in your party and cycled between them.

Does everyone get the season pass? I can't seem to find any way to buy one. I'm also not getting any rewards at the moment. I want to look pretty. Having a LOT of fun though, even solo.

Where have people picked this up then, PC or PS4? I thought it was coming out on PS+ but couldn’t see anything on the store when I checked this morning.
