The Game is 56GB on PS5. The update is 22GB on Series X. The PS+ version seems like it doesn't get a free upgrade, unclear if this intentional or a bug.

Not surprised. FFVII Remake on PS Plus cannot be upgraded. There have been some games that like this. I think Control was one of them.

I have the game and all DLC downloaded, installed and ready to rock on PS5. Will give it a go tomorrow :-).

Yes, FatDaz, you can!

If you own a physical copy of Fallout 4 on a disc, you need to first insert the PS4 disc into your PS5 console. Then, go to the Game Hub on the system's main menu screen and click on the three horizontal dots. Click the View Product option and then you should be taken to a new screen where you're offered the Free PS5 Upgrade. This will download Fallout 4 for PS5, but you'll need to keep the PS4 disc inside your PS5 console whenever you want to play the PS5 version because it acts as an activation key.

Fantastic. Haven’t played 4 in years. While it’s my least favourite I still enjoy it and having just completed New Vegas again I’m still ready for some more exploring.

I’ve become something of a 60FPS snob lately too. Back in the day I never knew differently but now I find it jarring to play 30FPS for action games.

Over on Xbox Series X and S, only one of the game's two graphical options appears to be working currently. Digital Foundry's Tom Morgan was playing the patched game last night and confirmed that its 60fps Performance mode is the only option currently available. Its Quality mode, designed to sacrifice frame-rate for improved visual quality, does not switch on when toggled.

I thought it was just me! I was sat there unable to tell a single pixel of difference, it was doing my head in haha
