Fallout 4

Didn't Telltale Games recently say their next game was going to be a big franchise? I am going to bet on a Telltales game from the Fallout universe.

Fallout 3 Remastered confirmed

EDIT: Ooops, didn't see that Fallout4.com was included in the reveal. It's really happening!

Well the controls are mostly mouse based, so playing with a stylus you might be able to get away with. Having said that, it can be fiddly without keyboard shortcuts, so you might want to look up a few guides on control methods.

If you're playing on a Surface 3 then the regular gog.com version should run pretty well.

Be aware that the early games have very little hand holding to get you started (especially for an RPG), the game more or less presumes that you've read the manual to get you going, so be sure to check out some getting started guides.

Fallout 4 isn't in the source code, Fallout.html is.

Games don't really sell on PS3 and 360 anymore, so what's the point in holding back the design of the game?

Someone on Reddit found this code for pre-order stuff for PC, PS4 and X1. Nothing looks to be present for last gen systems.

It could all be for a remaster of Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
