Heehee, yeah, I noticed that article! It kinda sounds like they have pretty solid plans for three years and I guess a longer view depends on the success of the game. It's positive news and I'm pleased about it. I'm still exploring and building in the game and I hope to continue to do so for a long time :toot: .

I returned to a copper-mining spot that I last built at back in November and I created a new base. The layout and fencing worked out just right :-).

I'm living on the edge of the Ash Heap just past the Rusty Pick. The czmp is a bit unusual as the building entry is upstairs and this enabled me to create a cool, enclosed vending area display on the ground floor :-).

So... I had an idea to behind an ultra-compact camp and a key aspect was that I'd use space-saving solar panel units rather than the large fusion generator. All went well and the build was looking pretty neat. But then I realised that the mini water purifier units are super power-hungry; they require plenty of juice and the solar panels just aren't delivering that.

I now gotta re-jig the camp to fit in the fusion unit. It's a bit of a pain and my building is gonna have to be a bit bigger but I have a thought that I'm gonna check out.

It started to rain just as I was finishing my new build. The grey and damp feel sure is done well.

I setup camp in a new spot and it's wonderfully shady, allowing for some cool lighting effects. I was pretty pleased with how this build turned out and I've started trying out a method of merging items together. The technique is a bit tricky but it enables some cool stuff such as putting items on shelves and changing the look of some things.

I'm taking part in the #FO76TeenyTiny event; a challenge to build a small camp. I made this single foundation camp complete with power, a bed, a cooker and plenty of wee home comforts :-).

My last build for the #FO76TeenyTiny camp challenge did pretty well; I was fortunate to get the most likes on Twitter that I've had for a camp so far :-).

For this new camp I went with a single-storey design and I've not done this since the early days of F76. I like how it turned out; the "separate home and workshop/vending" approach developed pretty well and I dig the "rundown but comfy" vibe.

I've got a double update for you this time. The first two pics are of my new place out on the dark and dingy Ash Heap, whilst the next two snaps are of my just-finished shacks on a Forest road. Two different styles and I am digging the low-rise format of the second one at the moment.

My new small camp by the roadside is a welcoming stop for those wandering the wasteland.

The building just doesn't stop! Here I'm chilling in the living area after creating this new steel-mining camp in the Forest.

I chucked out the cosy and went scary with this Ash Heap camp.

It is still very comfortable upstairs behind the scenes, though :-).

I've had another crack at the #FO76TeenyTiny challenge. This camp is completely on a single foundation... and has two levels. It took a ton of time but I like how it turned out :-). You get up to the top level but jumping up the small shelves on the side of the building; it's a bit button-mashy but it works!

It may be Easter but the building doesn't stop. I'm now living out amongst the greenery of the Forest.

I made this compact camp out on the Ash Heap and I like how the stairs lead up to a walkway into a pretty comfortable living space.

>>> Kablam! <<<

A coach smashed into my camp ( ;) ) and I decided to utilise it as an additional room.

Usually my camps have a "Welcome! Do you want a cuppa?" vibe. This one gives off a "Stay well clear" kinda message.
