Fallout New Vegas Revamped with Mods Adam_H + my nudes

Righto, using "Fallout mod manager" instead of Vortex seems to have fixed it. Woo. Looking forward to getting stuck into this again.

If I buy Ultimate Edition do I need to reinstall full game or will it just put the DLC onto my already installed vanilla?

EDIT: I don't have the DLC. Bugger.

Pulling my hair out trying to get the mods to work without my game crashing outside Doc Mitchell's.

I've playing through this again and really enjoying it. strawberry float me does this game crash a lot though.

Had to reinstall all my mods using Vortex as using FOMM just resulted in the game crashing outside Doc Mitchell's house. Even then, I've disabled Nevada Skies and a Flora mod as I was getting regular crashes. They are less regular now but I am constantly hitting F5 just in case.

I definitely want to give Fallout 3 a spin too. Just feel from my vague memories that was more going on in the world if that makes sense? Certainly remember crawling through subways shitting my pants at the thoughts of ghouls swamping me. :lol:

I'm playing the Tale of Two Wastelands mod right now and Fallout 3 has not aged well. New Vegas is a lot better.

What about Fallout 3 hasn't aged well?

I forgot about this. I probably played a good 30 hours of NV back when this topic started, but the Zion DLC killed my enthusiasm for it beucse it was a bit gooseberry fool really. Definitely didn't feel like part of the main game, almost like a fan mod.

What about Fallout 3 hasn't aged well?

A lot fewer quests compared to NV, a lot fewer options on how to complete them, worse writing. NV improves on it in every way apart from more glitches but I think ToTW contains an unofficial patch as I've noticed a lot fewer issues.
