well thats a jolly afternoon watch
:dread:

tbh if there was actually a strike id probably bust a blood vessel and die like that raging at the sheer arrogance and idiocy of the people in charge of causing the attacks before the nukes even hit.

If I'm at work I'll walk to the nuclear bunker behind my building then probably find out it isn't bomb proof.

It's scary to think of how a nuclear attack would even look in the modern day. All we have from Hiroshima and Nagasaki are aerial shots from the bombers themselves, but if a nuke hit a US city today it'd be on youtube, global news, facebook/twitter/periscope/instagram etc, from every angle and from hundreds of separate sources. It'd be quite the spectacle.

Not to mention the endless conspiracy theories telling us that nuclear bombs can’t melt steel beams.

I'm from Blackburn, but I live in Glasgow. Which has been good for both my accent and general outlook on life.

If only they had decent voice actors.

Might put this on youtube on my PS4 when the Mrs isn't watching and see if she falls for it :slol:

I don't live anywhere near any legit targets - my nearest military establishment is the Wright-Patterson Airbase, which also houses a kick-ass Air Force museum where the Enola Gay and other famous craft are stored.

I'd more than likely survive the initial bombings, only to die from contaminated water or some gooseberry fool. I fully expect everybody to be packing heat and going on murder/loot sprees as soon as those sirens go off - bad news for poor old unarmed me.

I'm right near Foulness which is a massive army training area. Although not sure if it'd be targeted.

Yeah the voices let it down for me. Sound robotic at times.

I don't think there's going to be much training going on after WW3.

To be fair, according to this I'd be fine if they went for Faslane - would be in fireball range only for Tsar Bomba. If they went for Glasgow even the smallest bomb would incinerate me though. :slol:

What if they use one of these?

Not quite that tough.

Though I guarantee there'd be a decent turn out of the "Nukes oot, taps aff" crowd.

They are tough in the cold, but tend to burn in the heat. If they can’t handle the sun on a Spanish beach, there’s no way they’ll survive a thermonuclear war.

The best place to survive a large scale nuclear war is clearly the Southern Hemisphere. South America or South Africa. Australia is probably out of the question as they would probably end up as a target at some point.

Australia has the advantage that the only really big settlements are on the coast – the middle is pretty much empty.

Australia has the disadvantage that there is a reason that the middle is pretty much empty.
