F*$ki%g ice, i just fell over!!

So i just fell over on some ice outside my house, the bottom of my back and my butt hurts. I start work at 15:00 should i phone in sick? as a PCSO i my job is very active.

So anyway, i went to work and then got sent home by my Sgt, he gave the i something was to happen to you speech. Sweet. Therefore i did the right thing and now i get to watch Spurs get thrashed by Arsenal :cry:

To be honest i am actually in a lot of pain. It hurts to sit, it hurts to walk, it hurts to climb stairs & basically it hurts to move.

See what happens in the morning. I can imagine waking up in agony as it will be very stiff, i will just have to wait and see tomorrow. Problem is my job is very active and i kinda can't be very active at the moment.
