At least it's practical though.

I've had a cool corduroy flat cap that I've had for about ten years now (before it was cool etc).

It's been relegated to the shelf until the current hipster trend has strawberry floated off.

This is me from about 8 years ago and my doppelganger....

The same with anyone who wears a hat for fashion rather than purpose, you just look like a wanker.

The absolutely worst though are people who wear top hats Usually paired with a crap little beard, they're usually devoid of any personality and constantly have to remind people that they're A CRAZY HAT PERSON LOL

I wear flat caps and have done so for over ten years now.

I usually wear a hat; in summer to keep the sun off and in winter to keep warm. In both periods I'm always putting it on and off as I get too hot, though .

Flat caps may be bad, but fedoras are far worse.

Yeah I wear flat caps, they suit my head shape and style.

I suspect that there would be a significant overlap between flat cap wearers and Leave voters.
