I stopped wearing the nike boots as i found the front and the studds started to rip away all far to easy.

I only play once a week, and on an artificial surface. So my boots are nothing too fancy (infact, they're probably completely shite). They only cost like £20 out of Sports Direct.

I always have bother with my ankles, so should probably be playing in better shoes. But as a whole, they do the job. I've always thought Puma Kings are the coolest looking footy boots around. But since I only play 5s once a week, I can't really justify spending more than £20.

Aye, sure do. Not the most glamorous of places.

During the summer me and a bunch of mates used to play up on the notre dame pitches quite a lot, and those pitches are awesome. Haven't played on real grass in actual years.

I currently have these (except with blades). I used to wear Nike but they're too narrow for my feet, the Adidas are more comfortable. I generally try to strike a balance between comfort, cost, and garishness (these are pretty tame by my standards - had a red pair before, and a silver pair before that 8-) )

Got these a couple of years ago when I was playing for Uni and a local side. Cost a £120 but when I was playing twice throughout the week and on the weekend was well worth it.

As a right back could easily ping a cross ball to the left winger with precision and power and felt so comfortable.

Pity since I've moved to Newcastle not found a team that's looking for players :(

I wear these for artificial surfaces. Before these I'd have sworn against blades but these are so, so comfortable to play in. It's like wearing reinforced socks.

I don't have any for muddy surfaces at the moment though as my last ones wore out last spring, and as I tore several ankle ligaments in July I haven't seen the need to replace them yet :(

I'm a big girl and wear these to football:

I use them for running too and since I'm too cultured a player to need to put my toe through the ball they work perfectly well. I also get the peace of mind knowing that my feet are being well looked after in a nicely fitted pair of running shoes and won't get mangled in horrid football boots. 8-)

I prefer running shoes for hard surface footy like concrete or astro

On grass I rock predators or Puma Kings

I play mostly indoors 5s or 7s on synthetic surfaces. Both are pretty hard but I don't have to worry about proper turf, which is nice.

I have a pair of these Umbro astroturf boots as I'm a regular 5-a-side player. They do the job.

I have Kaiser 5's as well but screw ins. I don't really like wearing mouldies unless the ground is rock in which case I'll borrow my dad's wank ones that are made by lotto.
