He’s a manager that seems to work in blips. Sometimes we will be on long winning runs, sometimes on long losing runs.
I wanted him out last season. It was awful. Not just losing, but awful football being played and way too many games where we should have been in control only to end up losing/drawing. He turned it around for half of this season but has been awful since, Johnson has a real habit of being 2 or 3 goals up and then strawberry floating things ups causing a draw or loss.
He has done more than enough this season to justify keeping him as manager, but he needs to stop the long spells of defeats and get off to a decent start next season.
