Things to take away from today's games

- potch messed up by playing son on the left, this is not about the penalty, Davies or trippier should have started there. The rest of the formation and team selection was spot on.
- Chelsea are banana splits.
- Footballers need to stop finger wagging. Seriously every time one of them does it at the ref he should be allowed to cut their finger off.
- Danny Murphy says some stupid things on commentary.
- dembele was clearly man of the match.
- Shearer is a rude banana split, jenas should have lamped him one at the end.
- I actually hope arsenal beat city tomorrow and then split Chelsea's arses open in the final.

And if anything summed up today's game it was harry Kane's free kick at the end creeping under courtois and then spinning back away from the line like the invisible man was on the line.

Said Chelsea were the better team in a very arrogant way after jenas was saying how he felt spurs we better overall but Chelsea were more potent in front of goal. It wasn't shearers opinion it was his rude mannerisms. I've noticed a lot that he's becoming a grumpy old man.

A bit like I sound today.

Shearer IS a miserable tosser though, couldn't accept how wrong he was about Zaha the other week for example...

So good a game that both Sky Sports 1 and 2 felt the need to broadcast it live.

Shame that Rashford is on the bench but the lad has played 200 minutes in 5 days. Loved Rooney to bag a couple. Got to say I agree with Mourinho now in regards to the Europa being the priority. As things stand - with the injuries and fixtures remaining - it's far more winnable.

I think we pretty much have to win today and against city later this week to be in with a chance.

The problem remains - we haven't been able to put a run together and build some confidence.
