I posted about this a while back and what makes it worse is that you're paying for a 40x xp boost.
So essentially you can pay to have the same xp as someone with the base game can get in a few weeks worth of solid play in an hour so given that I'm pretty sure abilities will play a big role it's pretty much just play for a few hours and get to the end game.
40x xp is just bloody stupid.

Halo 5's main mode (Arena) is 4v4 it also now has a Halo 3 playlist with 4v4..
Also, recently Ghost Recon had a 4v4 online beta and it was brilliant, 5v5 Rainbow 6 Siege is on small maps but it's kinda different.
