Yup. In FH4 there was no restriction at all on the weekly danger sign, speed zone or speed trap, but they were quite a bit more difficult than getting 3 stars on that particular PR event. Now they can be very specific restrictions, but easier to achieve. They do only reward regular wheelspins now rather than super ones. Making money seems slower this time around. We've lost Forza Rewards, lost the business payouts, and we get a lot less super wheelspins.
