What a complete load of nonsense it was. Even worse than I remember from when it first aired. Watching the whole thing back to bag really shows just how bad the final two series actually are, with this last one just being flat out awful. It's like someone just made a generic high budget dragon attack show and slapped game of thrones characters in there. Cersi just stands at a window for the whole thing and then goes ON NO and runs to a cellar.

You should have watch Lovejoy instead.

Also we need a video of this

It's a pity they can't somehow just refilm the last few series and make them not total gooseberry fool.

Did they find a cure for the stone disease thingy? I can't remember.

Oh, right, now I know why I fogot as that's a depressingly terrible answer to what could have been an interesting story.
I'm pretty sure in the books tyrion goes on an epic quest with a fellow dwarf to find the cure and are in that process as per the current state of the story.

I've read the books but I can't remember most of it.

Hopefully in the books JRR Martin can see sence and kill Bran off in the most horrific way imaginable.
Maybe have him time travel to the end of the universe or something.

Don’t think it’s even been healed in the books yet, think the last mention of it was when Sam is at Oldtown and doing night shift on the medical cells or something. Unless book 6 is finished and he’s cracking on with book 7, I don’t think we’ll get both, been 12 years since ADWD came out :dread:

They did get a great scene transition from that Greyscale cure at least.

Watched the finale last night, and it was even worse than I remember it being.

It just feels empty. Where's this fleshed out world gone? Most of the episode is set in what's clearly a long corridor street set purpose built for the destruction. I appreciate that they can't destroy the locations previously used, but this looks nothing like the cramped winding kings landing we've seen before.

And choosing Bran, my god what a load of crap. Good story though innit. There's about 10 actors in the whole episode, why are the only survivors the ones we know?

Awful ending.
