I doubt there's anyone left to settle said debt either, what's the Iron Bank going to do? Come and ask for their money back (with interest) from Dany and co? They'll have just heard how one dragon destroyed Kings Landing, they won't be asking for anything back

I seem to remember it being obscene because it would bankrupt the seven kingdoms :fp: unless it was just implied and I took it that way

After all, many tv shows have changed their show runners. The Walking Dead did that often.

Worried about how they'd look to other potential show runners? Good intentions would be put well aside and they'd just look at it like If they don't like my take on a series then they'll interfere and just hire someone who'll do it how they want it done. But yes, they should have paid them off handsomely (so they spoke positively about HBO) and hired someone else to carry on with it for a few more seasons.

One thing that really did bug me about that last run of episodes is how Cersie did nothing at all, as in she stood and looked at people or stood and looked out of a window. There was little to no dialogue, when this character is one of the most acid tongued banana splits in the whole show. Waste of a great actress in that regard.

The Golden Company were strawberry floating useless and if Cersei survives I hope she demands a refund.
If that's the best mercenary army in the entire world then the other mercenary armies must be bloody laughably bad.

The Golden Company would have been more help if they'd all dressed up and pretended to be zombies so that maybe the attackers thought The Night King was back again.

To be fair I’m not sure the other mercenary armies have had to deal with a dragon,

Except Bronn, but with his powerful unchained melody he can defeat any mythical monsters.

Well, obviously Bron is still a top tier character even if he does just turn and and threaten to kill you every now and then.

That’s because he’s a great soldier soldier that knows how to fight up on the roof.

https://globalnews.ca/news/5280447/game ... -petition/

Now, someone named “Dylan D.” has started up a petition on Change.org to get the entire season remade “with competent writers.”

“[Game of Thrones writers] David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have proven themselves to be woefully incompetent writers when they have no source material (i.e. the books) to fall back on,” reads the petition objective.

strawberry float nerds. Like, forever. I hate the series but strawberry float this generation's strawberry floating entitlement disorder urgh.
