Yeah definitely but I think that's a consequence of them deciding to end it next year. I expect every episode to feel like this now. It's clear in past seasons how much water they were treading at times trying to stay as faithful as possible to the books and various timelines.

I think the pace is great. Everything that happens is moving things forward. Basically they know how much time they have to play with so they're not dragging anything out.

They've had six seasons of building up to this point. Now it's pretty much 10 or so more episodes of pay off.
