FIFA not only sold more copies than PES in its first week, but is once again ahead of PES in this week's charts. So even if you're basing your post on the (wholly erroneous in terms of assessing something's quality) sales position, you're still not right.

And neither are you right. The fact is both FIFA and PES have sold a lot of copies, the same as they do every year, so both are undoubtedly popular even if FIFA is slightly more popular. If you go down the route of looking at critical acclaim, then reviews score FIFA slightly higher but not significantly so. Based on this I think it purely down to individual taste as to what someone will prefer, so for you to suggest FIFA is outright the best game seems some what presumptuous.
