No sympathy for him whatsoever. I hope he cries about it every night. He knew exactly what he was aiming for and it's simply unforgivable.

What a wonderful, brilliant beginning, middle and end to his time at GB News. Hopefully the channel is already way past the point of no return and will treat us to an embarrassing nosedive to oblivion over the next few weeks.

Congrats. What name did you decide on?

You hear what I said, Ton? Skarjo said he was in a bar with a few mates the other night, one of whom was Australian and had just given birth, so I says "Congrats. What name did you decide on?" Hehe

I decided to flick Gbeebies on again this morning to see how it's going. How the hell do they still have all these audio issues? Also what qualifies Tom Harwood for a job aside from previously working for Guido? When he talks to a guest, he has this really irritating problem of saying "mmmm" every two seconds.

Patrick Christys up next, think I'll switch over!

Gotta be said on those ratings Farage is clearly a big enough draw to justify the channel, the problem is there's nothing else.

I decided to watch Farage tonight, I've not seen it yet. Christ, he must have been savvy and insisted the show is run slickly. Pretty much zero embarrassing errors from the half hour I saw. It's pretty much a British Bill O'reilly with similar production values.

Obviously it's not my sort of thing, but totally agree that Gbeebies is basically built around Farage now. They must be spending most of their budget on his show.

I think its more the fact they've been on air for what, six months so they're past the teething issues than Farage coming in with demands. It's not like Andrew Neil wouldn't have expected a similar level of production, they just launched way before they were ready.

The channel was incredible at launch, for all the wrong reasons of course. I haven't tuned in for months now.

I always assumed that Piers Morgan would be the presenter who would get the viewers of Farrage for GBNews, but with him now confirmed for Talk TV instead, which I assume will be another right wing news channel? I can't see there being space for two in that same space.

The silly neighbourhood vegetable.

Gbeebies going full on with protest porn this morning. The presenter they had at the scene of the insulate Britain protest could barely hide her glee.

I can only describe it as baiting, like they were desperate for something violent to happen.

Their ratings have gone down again so they're probably keen for something vaguely exciting to happen.

Let's be honest, tagine's probably too foreign for them. They like good old British foods like, er, curry.

Always loved Stewart Lee's take on it:

Inventing us a national cuisine

Gay/bi people can't be big strong alpha males?

And the way he gets upset over a comic book character but twists it into "but what about my free speech!". Odious frog faced banana split.
