The far right keep saying she mocked male suicide. But none of them have backed that up.

Those tweets by Fox totally scream "in today's things that never actually happened."

Only reason people would stop him in the street is to hurl obscenities or punch him

They'd have to recognise him first.

I think this is what is being referred to, and she certainly doesn't mock suicide.

The one thing that really strikes me about that clip, it's a very reasonable exchange. They both agree there's a general issue with mental health, they don't agree about what way they should go about sorting the problem out, but it still remains civil. I wish I could see more of this.

I don't really see it being laughed off on her end.

The really interesting thing is where she says how a "minister for men" just feeds into the culture war.

And then that clip is used by far right wankers who lie about it in order to feed the culture war.

Dan Wootton fundraiser with over £35k in donations 'pulled' amid GB News suspension.

Suspended GB News presenter Dan Wootton's crowdfunder received £35,421 in donations within three days of launching in July, but the Democracy 3.0 campaign no longer appears to be active.

crowd fundraiser set up by Dan Wootton to help with the financial cost of suing a news channel who had made a slew of allegations against him for defamation is no longer active or available to view online.

The New Zealand born journalist, 40, set up a campaign titled "Stop Dan Wootton being cancelled by far left online smears" in July this year in a bid to sue the news publication the Byline Times. Wootton - who along with Laurence Fox was suspended by GB News on Wednesday - raised over £35,000 in under three days upon launching the fundraiser on Democracy 3.0.

Wootton's fundraising page, where he told supporters and potential donors "a hard left blog is on a deranged campaign of harassment designed to destroy me financially, mentally and professionally, is currently not online. Links previously shared on social media by Wootton now land a page displaying the message: "404 page not found."

The Mirror has contacted representatives for Wootton and Democracy 3.0 for clarity on Wootton’s campaign.

I wonder if the people that donated will get their money back?

He went on to say that they would all be "next in the firing line" if they failed to do so and that appearing on GB News was not just a job, but a "mission".

He also criticised "careerist ambitious" people on GB News that "are worse than the woke mob, because these vultures are giving the mob ammunition". He also called out his bosses, saying they were scared of Ofcom, of the "woke mob" and of running out of money.

Robinson ended his long message by saying that standing up for Wootton was "standing up for the very idea of GB News".

The cancel culture was coming from inside the house.

...it has emerged this weekend that George Farmer, 34, a British banker and husband of the outspoken American pro-Trump influencer Candace Owens, also 34, has joined the board of GB News. His appointment, following a period running Parler, the dormant American right-wing social media platform, does not signal new distance from its known ideological territory.

Farmer, the new board member, is son of the multi-millionaire British life peer Michael Farmer, a former Tory treasurer, hedge fund founder and also an investor in GB News. His son, an Oxford theology graduate, lives in America with Owens and their two children. The couple, who married at the Trump Winery in Virginia, first met at a 2018 inaugural meeting of Turning Point UK, a Conservative student organisation he chaired. In America the original student organisation had already earned a reputation for its enthusiastic support for Donald Trump’s Make America Great Again movement. After the British launch meeting Farmer tweeted: “Plenty of snowflakes melting in London tonight.”

The plan to refresh the channel is thought to be fuelled in part by concern that an upcoming bid for ownership of the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph could be tainted by association. A consortium preparing an offer for the historic British newspaper titles is led by Sir Paul Marshall, co-founder of the hedge fund Marshall Wace, who invested £10m in GB News and who also funds the political site UnHerd.

Tim Montgomerie, a former editor of UnHerd, said he expected GB News to undergo “a major course correction” in the next few days. He believes, he said, that Marshall, a committed Christian, will have been unhappy about the Fox and Wootton broadcast, particularly in the run-up to the launch of a potential Telegraph bid.

Boiler manufacturer Boxt have terminated their advertising with GB News, one of the last few big-ish remaining advertisers on the station.

This is all great but do the BBC really need a live updates page on their website about them being sacked?
