I don't think that's how it works. I'd wager when you play the game on your xbox live account, the PC recognises that you have that game on account and downloads to Windows 10 under the same account.

The only PC version is the digital one on the Microsoft Store. If you buy the digital version from the Xbox Store, you can sign into your account on the Microsoft Store to play the PC version. Buying the Xbox One disc will do nothing for you if you want to play the PC version.

Yep just purchased it from the Microsoft store, downloading all 73gb of the bastard now.

Can't wait to play completed Gears 1-3 didn't play Judgement for some reason although I heard it wasn't the best.

After initially being a little disappointed, I'm loving the campaign now. The introduction of Marcus was brilliant.

The first 2 chapters are really, really dull. Gameplay is fine but its like, you have this gorgeous looking game that plays great but has the most uninspired, dull as strawberry float enemies. Definitely agree. 1 act was enough of them.

After tearing myself away from B1 I started this, seems standard fare but I am playing the prologue. not looking forward to the bots, hopefully in Horde the bots plus the swarm will make for interesting enemies when intermixed.

The first two chapters was such a ball ache to get through. Like Brer pointed out, the Ceebeebee's :lol:

are as dull as strawberry float. Why couldn't they have added some Gestapo-esque clad soldiers, it would have added variety.

The story and the characters improve once you get to meet up with older, cranky Marcus!

I actually enjoyed the switch up to the bots but then I'd just done a complete run through of all the Gears games. Still haven't finished my campaign run due to enjoying MP though I've noticed a crazy spot of lag at the start of every game were it freezes for a split second always at the start and you ghost forward. Only happens the once at the start of every game but was something that wasn't there before it's official release day.

Finished it, really enjoyed it.

Also sat through the credits glad there was something at the end.

So, I'm gonna chime in that I also don't like the robots and im still on Act 1. :dread:

It's made worse cos you play against the locust in last prologue part and it's just not satisfying blowing up a robot compared to gib chunking a locust.

Just bought this for PC and will be on tonight. Not sure if it's cross play or not but username is albear66 for anyone that wants to add me.

Ive opened some packs. Im going for the soldier +30% lancer damage. That one seems the most useful. But some of the scout and sniper ones seem quite cool.

Im trying to work out if its better to just get the horde packs, or save for the premium packs and scrap the big epic cards to get the specific horde skills i want. What pack strategy is best?

Also Went depositing in the fabricator, It initially did it automatically, but now i have to open the menu and do it manually. Did i accidentally tip a setting some where?

I didn't mind the deebee's sure they are a bit wooden they don't use cover etc but visually they look good. I do like the animation of them being dropped into combat by drop pods that's a nice touch.

I've only played Horde so far multiplayer wise but it runs perfectly on PC apart from the odd moment when an enemy doesn't seem to take damage from your weapon fire.
