To this date, Meteos is one of only ten games I'd give a 10/10 to.

What are the other nine? Or is that a question for another thread?

Mario Kart 8 (Deluxe)
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (3D)

The last two wouldn't be 10/10 considering the final versions on their own or the originals on their own, although MK8 would have been 9.5 if Deluxe didn't exist. The combinations of original and rerelease place though.

I think I may have asked for it for Xmas one year but sadly never got it I still have the camera somewhere in the loft though, bet it’s got a load of old photos on it (as long as the battery has kept)

Got a camera off ebay last year and a wifi printer to go with it so you can download and put online etc. Set-up works surprisingly well.

I read about a continuing "class action" case in the US that has people claiming compensation from Nintendo for joy-con drift.

Nintendo lawyers say the parents waived their rights to sue, per clauses in the Nintendo Switch console's End User License Agreement (EULA).

I hadn't realised this... so Nintendo includes "you can't sue us" points in their EULA. Maybe it's just "class action" claims? Anyhow, it feels like a gooseberry-fool agreement and one that you can't really avoid bar not using the console. I imagine that Sony and Microsoft have similar EULAs.

In this case, Nintendo are saying that adults can't sue them because of the EULA and children can't sue them because they didn't agree to the EULA.
