I'll probably rectify that soon I think.

I have a really good condition 360s if you're interested.

Thanks but I'm good just now.

Not got any spare cash for a while and I've got other stuff to get first.

My RAD2X cable arrived today and it's glorious.

SNES, Super Famicom and N64 all look amazing, but Gamecube looks utterly gorgeous through this cable. It's still in SD but it just looks so sharp and clear. No blur, no horrible composite artefacts just beautiful pixels.

My only issue so far is that my Elgato doesn't seem to like it.

GC works fine through it, but the others don't. I get sound from the SNES/SFC but no picture. So I'm a bit annoyed by that, but I think it's more the elgato to blame to be honest.

Give the company a shout. I’ve got an N64 everdrive clone and it doesn’t work properly. Games have no sound and a really strong yellow tinge to the image when I use it. Also found the cable wouldn’t work ona certain HDMI port.

They takes through all the issues and seemed keen to figure out what was going on. Wasn’t able to fix either, but the everdrove is just borrowed, so not a big deal and it works fine in all the other ports.

I was using my SD2SNES cart. I'll give a standard SFC/SNES cart a shot first and see what that does then hit up RGC to see what they suggest.

EDIT: I've been googling about to see if there's anything that might help solve the issue. Since the RAD2X is based on the RetroTink hardware I thought I'd see if there were any similar issues with that and Elgatos. Sure enough I found someone who is having the exact issue I am whereby I get audio, but just a black screen. Turns out that the Elgato Game Capture HD (Which is the one I have) had issues with certain types of HDMI input but that newer versions do not.

So I'm going to need a new Capture device if I want to get anything from the SNES/N64/SFC through the RAD2X. So thats around £150 I'm gonna have to find at some point down the line. :|

I've got a 360E probably going spare, the last revision that looks a bit like an Xbone.

Sorry I didn't reply. I looked at how much they're worth and decided I'd keep it on principle

Do you play all these games you pick up or do they just go on a shelf as part of a collection?

I play a lot of games, id say the real answer is half on the shelf as part of the collection, half I play. I have mentioned it before but I have a few health issues like PTSD and Epilepsy etc all of which are affected by stress and buying bits and pieces and pottering around charity shops and pawn stores and the likes buying bits and pieces seems to be one of the things that relaxes me the most so I do a fair bit of it.

More power to you, I was just curious - have you ever posted pics of your collection? Should share if you haven't, I'm sure there are plenty here who would love to have a gander :D

I posted some back on SONM but dont think I have ever posted any on here. I just got a new phone which has a decent Camera so I might start at some point. A lot of its put away here and there in a week or so I will proberbly drag some stuff out and photo it. I have been thinking of starting a Instergram with game related pics again, if I do I will put the link in here.

I do have these two vids showing a few tiny bits

I managed to hack into Kerrs system and extract this exclusive photo of the collection.

None of it was more than £1 from British Heart Foundation.

I can't remember if it was here or the Emultor thread, but a little while ago somebody posted a link to a site that had Windows 10 installers for a bunch of old PC games. I thought I had bookmarked it but looks like I haven't.

Has anyone got the link they can re-post or PM me?
