I went on a overnight trip to Cottingham near Hull , while there I went in some charity shops and found a few bits.

I got Spiderman for GameCube complete with a 3rd party memory card included in the box for £1

Dragonball z budokai boxed but missing manual for £1

Eighteen Wheeler boxed but missing manual for £1

And Rugrats Totally Angelica complete for PS1 for £3.

I always wanted to get this! I recall seeing it in the arcade and it looked real neat. The home versions (GC, PS2 and DC) didn't review particularly well but I still would have gotten it had the Xbox received a port!

The problem is its a very made for arcade game with little added so not worth £40 new as it works better in small blasts, if you can grab it cheap its good fun.

Picked up another off my GameCube list, I'll post some pics once I've got it. Very few left to go now.

This time I want a system that although I have owned I feel I never really gave a fair chance. I’m currently swaying between Dreamcast and Original XBOX as both seem to be the right side of affordable to collect for... for now anyway.

I'd vote Xbox myself, they basically never breakdown and I think it's a lot easier to find games for them, I also just really enjoyed it as a machine.

I’ve gone for XBOX in the end, there are a larger number and a wider variety of games that appeal to me and they can be picked up quite cheaply.

If you haven't played them on PC or backcompat I'd recomrnd both Star wars knights of the old republic games.

I'd also get Jade Empire as its great , Republic Commando, ... I also quiet enjoyed the Blinx games so if you see them cheap try them.

Played Kotor 1 and 2 when I briefly owned an XBOX years ago, Jade Empire too.

I bought one brand new at Gamestation for about £40-50 not long after 360 came out, played a few games I wanted to play and traded it in. Always kinda regretted it.

And unless something inexplicably miraculous happens that'll be my last GC purchase for a long time.

That looks to be in lovely condition, Drumstick! Is that a Wavebird that has sneaked into the shot, too?

Sadly it's my only wavebird. :(

I'll try and get a full collection shot up soon as it's been a long time since the last one.

I'm moving to where kerr lives, I rarely see used games in charity shops never mind the stuff he sees. I did see a link to the last for £55 in on place.

I know, right, it's crazy. If I'm ever fortunate enough to see ANY games in a charity shop it's usually a half-decade old version of FIFA or something.

This is my GC collection in list fom:

1080° Avalanche
Animal Crossing
Baten Kaitos
Beyond Good & Evil
Burnout 2: Point of Impact
Donkey Kong Jungle Beat
Donkey Konga
Donkey Konga 2
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
F-Zero GX
Ikaruga
Killer7
TLOZ: Collector's Edition
TLOZ: The Wind Waker
TLOZ: Twilight Princess
Luigi's Mansion
Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour
Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
Mario Party 4
Mario Party 5
Mario Party 6
Mario Party 7
Mario Power Tennis
Mario Smash Football
Mario Superstar Baseball
Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
Metroid Prime
Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
Paper Mario: TTYD
Pikmin
Pikmin 2
Rezident Evil Zero
Resident Evil
Resident Evil 4
Skies of Arcadia: Legends
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
SoulCalibur II
Star Fox Assault
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Monkey Ball
Super Monkey Ball 2
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Tales of Symphonia
TimeSplitters 2
TimeSplitters Future Perfect
Viewtiful Joe
Viewtiful Joe 2
Wario Ware, Inc.
Wave Race: Blue Storm

Aside from Fire Emblem and Kirby Air Ride I think I've got everything I want.

Its probably important to realise I have a disability bus pass due to my epilepsy, only work part time due to lots of health issues and go to charity shops lots and lots because it chills out the anxiety caused by my PTSD so I go in a lot not just near me but anywhere my bus pass will get me, I find loads of dirty old copies of FIFA but I only post the stuff I buy.

The last lot I got was in shops near where my girlfriend was having an operation. I'd travelled 90 miles to stay over night in a shithole hotel in what looked like a demilitarized zone because of where her operation was, they wouldn't let visitors in till 2 and I woke up at 9 so spent like half a day busing and walking looking for charity shops to occupy myself and keep mind busy.

I do a similar thing with a local flea market and indie games shop kerr, I buy vintage chisels to restore and of course retro games mostly.
