What do people think will be the twist for this forthcoming game (not including it being delayed)? I'm guessing it will feature some sort of quick traversal tool as found in just about every other "open world" adventure game now. Maybe something that allows for more verticality (some form of grappling hook).

Option B - Boy meter.

Option C - new traversal tool linked to the boy meter

Smug 'insiders' who take it upon themselves to make little cryptic riddles to leak stuff they know about are the actual worst.

Don’t be surprised if a certain ‘Boy’ makes his return this year wink wink

This is actually going to be a classically Nintendo switcheroo where they unveil the Switch's successor is actually a new Game Boy.

After talking with more folks yesterday, I can definitively say that there was a release date/pre-order announcement planned for yesterday. It was bumped at some point last week. I don't know why. (Speculation is because of Roe v Wade.) Also, PlayStation has been trying to keep secrets so badly that most SSM employees weren't even told about it.

As of this week the game is still on track for November. People working on it say it's huge and seem to be pretty excited about it. Reminds me of the buzz I was hearing before the 2018 one.

Shame cos the one that they revealed the new style of God of War at E3 was epic!

I wish it does the same for Ragnarok, yet we only get the announcement from YouTube. :(

Ragnarok is my most wanted game of this year. :toot:

Underwhelming trailer (CG is no good to me), but no doubt it will be my game of the year.

I might have been tempted by that edition with Mjolner if they, you know, actually included the physical game with it

Very excited for this, played the PS4 God Of War and really enjoyed it after never playing any of the series so this may be a day one for me

See. I don't mind when they don't include a physical game in the most expensive edition or any edition of a release. But! Putting a empty strawberry floating game box in there?! And a poncy steelbook one at that?! Like... wtf is that for? You want your customers to fork out £££s on the wanky edition and then fill the steelbook by purchasing the £70 standard edition? DUMB.

GoW 2018 is my favourite game of all time, so can I resist getting this on release? Probably not; strawberry floating Sony and their outrageous game prices. I did get HFW for £56.00, though, which is still bad, but not too painful.
