You can also try wiki media commons but they probably still require attribution, you can just put that in a "legal notices" page or something on your website.

You can also use the Creative Commons search page to find photos on Flickr that photographers have licensed under one of those licenses which may or may not be allowed for commercial use but a surprising amount of them are and the nature of the site means they will be quite high resolution, sometimes they're several megapixels.
