This isn't something I have an opinion on because I haven't played it. All I've said is that the graphical style puts me off.

I don't necessarily disagree here either, it's just until New Pokemon Snap I'd had zero exposure to anything outside of the first gen.

It's not mine but I do own a few JRPGs.

Tough decision between Hidey and Drummy.

I feel my selection for the Action/Adventure category hasn't done me any favours.

Honestly... yep. I played a few hours of the first Deponia game, and found it slow dull and unlovable.

Ah, but if our tastes were similar you'd do what I did and look past the graphics to the game underneath! I'm not a big fan of pixel art either, but Celeste won me over.

Fair enough: I would swear that you've said stuff on here that implies that you've been avoiding exposure to anything outside first gen!

A lot of mine look very anime. :P

I should say that I don't think us having different tastes is a bad thing! (Apart from the Pokémon exposure avoiding thing, but maybe I misunderstood that.) Just that I was surprised that I voted for your selection given that. Wouldn't mind Tom winning though, the only competitor to pick two Nintendo machine games. :datass: (I didn't play one and didn't care for the other so much. :shifty: )

This tricky tie has got me thinking. One option may be for the top 2 going through to the next round with 2 semi-finals (the original plan was for 4 rounds going in to one final). These would then lead to 2 from each of those going in to the final. Or does that stretch this thing out way too long?

Are we in a rush? As a participant I wouldn't mind.

Same!

I think it's quite a fun little game to take part in and I'm looking forward to seeing how the others go.

Ok, my concern was maybe it's too slow a burn but I'm happy for it to toddle along. The async nature of it works quite well I think.

Yeh we did drag out the draft but maybe that could be sorted by everyone agreeing a day that they'll regularly check in

Poll is open until 8am tomorrow but, unless something odd happens, I'd say you are.

And so the poll closes and we have a tie for the 2012 draft between Tomous and Drumstick. In a move purely to avoid having to make a decision, both will progress to the newly created semi-finals. Keep your eyes peeled for round 2.

Ironhide I heard everyone who got 4 is cool and everyone who got 7 is a loser.

But didn't Hugo say 7 was the new 8? I'm confused.
