Both me and Rex didnt give Sykes credit for a real hand, thus we were both eliminated, so for me he deserved the win. That said, the standard of Omaha wasn' bad at all. I kinda wish I hadnt made that last call, but I hope that I've shown I'm not awful at Omaha. Its a game I have been playing a fair bit so maybe I'm better than I was.
Wish I could do the Main Event though.
I knew he had to have a hand but if he had a straight and flush draw I was still 60% and had lots committed. A gamble I am willing to take 3 handed.
Yeah the HU went on ages. 3 handed was a while as well tbh. At first the structure seemed real fast but it did slow. We did adjust to min raises though. Good event though and I think most enjoyed it. Grats again Nova.
Thanks man. I definitely enjoyed it, but I never want to make a really bad play against someone, so sorry about that. I guess I need to learn a little more about Omaha, particularly when it gets down to the last few, although I played ok early doors. Are we going to have some sort of visual bracelet thing for the winners?
